As the Christmas season approaches and all major retailers prepare for their busiest time of year, Hamleys has unveiled its Christmas windows. Designed and delivered by our sister company Propability the windows feature a selection of our best-selling Christmas items and product range.
The 2017 Christmas windows to the world’s most famous toy store, showcase a wonderful winter wonderland with each scene framed with frosted fir garlands supplied by Flourish Trading. In addition, Propability decorated each garland with faux poinsettias, red berries and gold apples and pears also supplied by Flourish Trading.
The actual windows themselves tell the story of the TY Beanie Boo’s at Christmas time with a tree house and frosted winter wonderland theme. Propability designed and produced the scenes for each window with each window featuring specially sourced faux foliage and frosted branches from Flourish Trading. In one window, clever use of the various artificial plants available at Flourish Trading have been creatively positioned to give the impression of an underwater theme. Overall the design produces the effect of underwater foliage and water plants through the use of clever lightening effects and scenic painting that give the impression of a frosted pond.
